In order to complete your redemption, please ensure you have all of the following:

  • Applies only to consumer purchases made from an authorized Sub-Zero Group East dealer and shipped within that same geographical area.
  • Your invoice showing complete payment and purchase date
  • The model number which can be found on your invoice / sales receipt
  • Serial Numbers can be found on your appliance.
  • Your dealer information
  • A valid email address is required to receive payment and claim status updates

  • 500/600 Sub Zero Loyalty program consumers will be emailed for their current model and serial numbers. Claims will be processed once received.
